Job Summary: Project Executive – AutoCAD / Graphic Designer will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations for hospital projects, supporting the project and engineering teams in the design and presentation of medical facility layouts and infrastructure systems
Responsibilities:
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings, layouts and design plans as per project requirements.
- Create 3D renderings and visual presentations to support project proposals and client approvals.
- Coordinate with project, sales and engineering teams to ensure design accuracy, timely delivery and compliance with standards.
- Modify and update existing drawings / designs based on project updates, feedback, or site requirements.
- Maintain organized project files, drawings, and design arcives.
- Assist in preparing presentations, mockups and visual proposals for management.
- Support branding and visual identity projects when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Architecture, Mechanical, Civil, or Graphic Design.
- Proficiency in AUtoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and #D Visualization tools (SketchUp, Lumion etc)
- 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in technical drawing, visualization or creative design.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
