Job Summary: Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing healthcare projects — including modular installations, medical gas systems, and other medical infrastructure solutions — ensuring timely completion, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage mechanical and civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Supervise project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Identify risks, delays, and cost deviations, and propose corrective measures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project management within construction, industrial, or mechanical domains.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, piping, fabrication, civil structures, and utility setups.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and related project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
