Location: Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan.
Job Summary: Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Management Team in planning, coordinating, and executing hospital infrastructure projects across Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordinating mechanical and civil works.
- Review project drawings, BOQs, and technical documents to identify discrepancies and improvements.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and consultants for timely material delivery and execution.
- Monitor project progress, track milestone, and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Participate in site visits to supervise installations and verify work completion.
- Support cost estimation, billing verification and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality control and safety procedures at the project site.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil) or Project Management (Masters Preferred)
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in project execution or management (preferably in healthcare, MEP, or construction sectors).
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, material management and site supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera and MS Office applications.
